Garnacha Blanca is a typical Rioja variety that was almost forgotten during the last century. With this single varietal, we are looking for a unique wine, with great pairing potential, due to the balance between the aromatic notes of white flowers and the complexity in the form of toasted and nutty notes from the aging process.

· Barrel fermentation
· Aged in first and second-use American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Clean and bright, medium to deep golden color. Aromas of white flowers, citrus, jasmine, and white peach. Vanilla and nuts, toasted. Mineral, full-bodied, smooth and creamy on the palate. Medium acidity and balance that makes it very lively. Long and elegant finish.
