Coming from low-yield goblet-trained vines, with an average age of 45 years and harvested by hand, this single varietal Garnacha Tinta is a delicate wine where the controlled addition of oak provides an elegant envelope to the intense floral notes.

11 months of aging

· Maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
· Aging in French and American oak barrels of second use.

TASTING NOTE

Clean and bright cherry color with garnet tones. Fresh aromas, violets, plums, aniseed notes and other typical wood aromas such as vanilla and spices. On the palate ample entry and silky mid-palate, with floral sensations. Ripe tannins. Long, slightly bitter and refreshing finish.
