Made with the typical varieties of Rioja with a very careful harvest and transported to the winery in small containers. Marked personality, with an elegant palate and a balanced and round body.
Grape varieties: Tempranillo 85%, Mazuelo 10%, Garnacha 5%.
+ 30 months of aging
· Maceration in stainless steel truncated cone-shaped tanks at controlled temperature.
· Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
· Aging in oak barrels and more than 40 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with brick-red hues. Complex aroma with spicy, toasted and smoked notes. Elegant in the mouth, silky, balanced and persistent.
