This wine comes from one of the Domeco family’s most emblematic vineyards in Jarauta, at an altitude of over 600 meters. This vineyard is cultivated as they did more than 100 years ago. It is one of the winery’s most satisfying wines. It allows us to study the terroir as it always comes from the same vineyard.
Grape varieties: Tempranillo 100%
7 months of aging
· Maceration in stainless steel truncated cone-shaped tanks at controlled temperature.
· Aging in oak barrels
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry red with garnet reflections. Of remarkable intensity, we highlight aromas of red and black fruit, vanilla, dairy, cocoa, bay leaf and fine woods. Tasty and fruity in the taste phase where it is fresh in the passage with hints of black fruit, minerals. Pleasant finish that makes you salivate.
