Sancho Barón


Red wine elaborated in a traditional way, a destemming is performed without breaking the grapes to produce an intracellular maceration. During alcoholic fermentation, punching down and pumping over techniques are used. When alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in the barrel for malolactic fermentation.

6 months of aging

· Maceration in stainless steel truncated cone-shaped tanks at controlled temperature.
· Aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels.


Cherry color with purple tones. Delicious in the mouth, concentrated with fruity and sweet flavors. Balanced wine with a long aftertaste.
