White Zeledonio

2021

This wine has been elaborated with grapes of the Garnacha Blanca and Viura varieties. The grapes are selected and harvested early in the morning to preserve the aromas and a maceration for a few hours to give us more flavour.

Grape varieties: White Garnacha 70%, Viura 30%

TASTING NOTE

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromatically intense, light citrus and floral hints. The palate is unctuous but with an interesting acidity that makes it fresh.
